We accept debit cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, Care Credit, All Pet Card, Scratch Pay and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

As a hospital, we often meet our patients in times of crisis, followed by unexpected expenses adding to the stress. We here at Aardvark understand and offer the option to stretch this unexpected cost through using CareCredit or All Pet Card. With special financing for six months on purchases of $250 or more made with either card, you can get your pets the care they need – and pay overtime. Prequalify now by clicking on the icons below. Here at Aardvark, we make it our goal to meet all our clients and patients needs. Please be advised that payment is due at the time services are rendered. For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier. There are many common pet insurance providers. Many of our clients have been pleased with Pumpkin and Trupanion. 

No Show and Same Day Cancellation Policy

At Aardvark Animal Hospital, we strive to provide the best possible care for your pets. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and their furry friends, we have implemented the following policy regarding missed appointments:

  1. No Show Definition: A “no show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
  2. Same Day Cancellation Definition: A “same day cancellation” occurs when a client cancels an appointment on the day it is scheduled.
  3. Policy Enforcement:
    • After two occurrences of a no show or same day cancellation, clients will be required to pay a $50 deposit for all future appointments. This deposit will be taken over the phone before the appointment can be scheduled. 
    • This deposit will be applied to the total invoice if the client attends the scheduled appointment.
    • If the client does not show up for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
  4. Repeat Offenders: Clients who continue to miss appointments may be subject to dismissal from our practice.
